ALL of our products are custom made to order therefore refunds are not available, so PLEASE verify your size according to the size charts available. We can issue and exchange for select products. See instructions below.
If the product you received is misprinted/damaged/defective in any way, you are eligible for an exchange. Notify us immediately of the issue and send a photo of the damaged item to customer support.
You must return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you received it. After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your reorder.
If you have initiated the return AFTER 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for an exchange.
If the product does not fit, it can be exchanged for a different size, with additional costs*. You must email customer support immediately with the reason for your return and specify which size you would like. We will calculate the additional costs* needed to process a new order.
In order to be eligible for an exchange, you must return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.
If the product is damaged in any way, OR you have initiated the exchange after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for an exchange.

If something arrives damaged, send a photo of the damaged product to customer support, then we’ll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
